HiLaBye Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HiLaBye social media management platform at hilabye.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
2. The Service
HiLaBye lets you connect social media accounts and schedule, publish, and manage content, comments, insights, and advertising workflows across supported platforms. Features that rely on a connected platform require you to authorize the relevant permissions, and remain subject to that platform's own review and approval.
3. Connected platforms
When you link a platform such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Pinterest, or Threads, you authorize HiLaBye to act on your behalf within the permissions you approve. You agree to comply with each platform's terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or decisions made by those platforms, including the suspension of access or rejection of content.
4. Your responsibilities
- You own or have the rights to the content you publish through the Service.
- You will not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive activity.
- You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and compliance of content you schedule or publish.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid subscription or admin approval. Fees, billing cycles, and trial terms, where applicable, are presented before you subscribe. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by HiLaBye and protected by law. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to process and publish it solely to operate the Service for you.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiLaBye is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from connected-platform actions outside our control.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
